How to measure your head circumference
Use a measuring tape and place it around the fullest part of your head: just above the ears and across the middle of the forehead.
The tape should be snug, without being tight.
No measuring tape? Use a ribbon or a piece of string. Wrap it around your head, then measure the length against a ruler.
👉 If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for greater comfort.
